At ElectraHome Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with
your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including clearance products, customized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product descriptions for specific return details.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at freepow@singnet.com.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 92384694 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
RESTOCKING FEE
A (15%) restocking fee may apply to some returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Enjoy Free Delivery on orders of $50 or more.
- For orders below $80, a delivery fee of $5.90 will apply.
