🚫 Closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

3. How do I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before heading to the collection point.

4. What do I need to bring for collection?

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide a copy of the order confirmation.

5. Do I need to sign when collecting my order?

Yes, you are required to sign upon collection as proof of receipt. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must sign on your behalf.

6. Is there a time limit to collect my order?

Yes, orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the collection notification. Uncollected orders may be canceled or subject to additional fees.

7. Can I change my order to delivery instead?

Yes, you can opt for delivery instead of self-collection. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to arrange for delivery (additional charges may apply).

8. Is parking available at the collection point?

Yes, limited parking is available at Nan Wah Building. If the lot is full, you may need to park at nearby locations.

9. What if I need help when collecting my order?

10. What happens if I miss the 7-day collection period?

If you do not collect your order within 7 days, it may be canceled, and restocking fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you need an extension.

11. Can I check my order before leaving the collection point?

Yes! We encourage you to check your order upon collection to ensure everything is correct. Any issues should be reported on the spot.

12. What if I collected the wrong item or something is missing?

If there is an issue with your order after collection, please contact us immediately with your order details.

13. Is there a waiting time at the collection point?

Most collections are quick, but during peak hours, there may be a short waiting time. If you need urgent pickup, we recommend contacting us in advance.

14. Can I request an urgent or same-day collection?

Same-day collection may be available for certain orders. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Shipping information

What are your shipping charges?

We offer a flat shipping fee of $1.88 islandwide (Singapore only).

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within the next two working days after your order is placed.
For example, if you order on Monday, your item will arrive by Wednesday.

Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not deliver on weekends, unless otherwise stated.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please do the following:

  • Check your email/SMS/WhatsApp for any delivery updates or notifications.

  • Ensure your delivery address was entered correctly.

  • Contact us with your order number — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order cut off time

Orders placed before 3 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time Window

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM, unless otherwise stated.

What if no one is home to receive the parcel?

If no one is available to receive your parcel, our support team may contact you to reschedule delivery.
Alternatively, if you have given prior permission, the driver may leave your parcel safely outside your doorstep.
Please note that by allowing this, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered.

Condo Residential Delivery

If you live in a condo or apartment, please let us know in advance if your lift requires access permission to reach your doorstep.
Alternatively, you can come down to collect your parcel.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, delivery will need to be rescheduled.

Bulk / Special Orders

For large or custom orders, delivery times may vary. Please contact us to confirm.
